Mexican meatloaf. I am not even kidding you when I tell you this is #2 on my list of favorite meatloafs. Yes. I like meatloaf. Back off.

My Life Photo Shoot
In 2008 I tried to take a picture a day. Well, it didn't happen. I had a pretty crazy year but as I look back at the pictures now I'm so glad I tried! It helped me work on taking pictures and I was able to capture moments that maybe I wouldn't have otherwise. So I'm not committing to a picture a day again, but I am promising to lug my camera around with me everyday just in case.
I have a Canon Rebel XTI that I do most of my shooting with. I also have a Canon PowerShot SD400 and I am not above taking pictures with my Blackberry! All the pictures here are my own (unless noted) and I do all the editing in Adobe Lightroom 2.0 or Picasa 3.

My mom used to make hamloaf, which is ground up ham and beef. It has brown sugar in it and is sooo good.
My ex-stepdad makes a bacon-wrapped meatloaf that will make your toes curl.
I've never made one! I'm too scared, I don't know why.
